We had a truly luxurious and comfortable stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji and a wonderful atmosphere inside the newly renovated hotel. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, especially towards the children. The spa and onsen were delightful, offering a relaxing experience along with a spectacular view. The food was incredible, especially for us foodies, and the breakfast was a must-try. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable.

It would be wonderful if they could create a cozy space in the lobby where guests could relax in the afternoon, enjoying tea, coffee, and a good book. Despite this small suggestion, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Stunning room with amazing views of the area, and fantastic food with a great variety of dishes. The hotel was also close to many attractions and provided a free welcome drink upon arrival.

The hotel's management was not well-prepared to deal with the influx of guests during peak season. The staff was unorganized and unresponsive to our requests for transportation, resulting in delays and frustration.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! One of the best things about it was the stunning outdoor spa with a view of the beautiful mountain and lake. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the food was delicious and they even checked if I had any allergies. it was a clean and well-maintained hotel with great facilities.
